Job Summary:
- PointClickCare is looking for a Product Manager for the Integrated Care Product team.
- Focus on managing coverage and authorizations across a resident's stay in post-acute care.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap and backlog, prioritizing against customer value and impact.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, translating needs into user stories.
- Run continuous discovery with case managers, nurses, and authorization teams.
Your Key Strengths:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of product management experience with B2B and enterprise customers.
- Experience in healthcare IT and skilled nursing or post-acute workflows.
