Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing products, informed by customer needs and business objectives.
- Lead the application of predictive, generative, and agentic AI capabilities to improve efficiency and outcomes within health system workflows.
- Own product planning activities including business requirements, functional design, and ROI analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; clinical license and AI experience highly desirable.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience and 10+ years working with clinical systems.
- Experience applying AI in a clinical or healthcare setting, and familiarity with revenue cycle workflows.
Work Environment:
- Remote role with travel to home offices in TN for training.
- Little to moderate physical activity; mostly sedentary work.
