Serve as the primary liaison between Qualified Health and assigned healthcare clients, managing partnerships and ensuring successful project execution.
Lead all client meetings, coordinate action items, and facilitate data integration processes to deliver AI solutions.
Identify new use cases, develop product requirements, and build strong client relationships to drive value.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage Partnership Plans including business goals, KPI definitions, and project timelines.
Perform workflow analysis to identify value creation opportunities and provide requirements to product teams.
Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement creative solutions to deliver client value.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in consulting, client engagement, or product management in healthcare.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, STEM, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
