Senior Technical Project Manager (AI/IT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of complex technology programs across data, applications, integrations, security, and AI-enabled solutions, ensuring projects are on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
• Define and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocations, budgets, risks, dependencies, and milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interdependencies across engineering, data, product, security, architecture, and business functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent, with five years of experience leading AI/ML, digital transformation, or enterprise tech initiatives.
• Healthcare industry experience with strong understanding of HIPAA and PHI compliance, and experience with AI lifecycle and externally facing digital healthcare solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives with complex interdependencies, strong executive communication skills, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
