What You'll Actually Do:
- Own project delivery end to end across engineering, clinical, product, and ops.
- Run sprint and delivery rituals that create real alignment, cutting anything that doesn't.
- Use AI to automate recurring status updates, meeting notes, and reporting.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in project management or delivery-focused ops at a software company.
- Hands-on AI tooling use with demonstrated automation of own work.
- Strong written English for async communication and spec writing.
