Project – the aim you’ll have:
- Work closely with clients to manage delivery of AI projects
- Coordinate AI Engineers and oversee project management activities
- Lead a team and manage agile processes for fixed-scope AI projects
Position – how you’ll contribute:
- Manage AI projects ensuring timely delivery
- Monitor fixed project scope and communicate with clients
- Handle monthly settlements and build healthy team culture
- Oversee resource allocation and track team metrics
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and assist with recruitment
Expectations – the experience you need:
- 2+ years in similar managerial role
- Experience leading agile teams on AI-based fixed-price projects
- Familiarity with Jira and project planning activities
- Commercial experience managing global team performance
- Ability to monitor project margins and manage multiple projects
- Fluency in English and Polish
