Software Delivery Manager

Project – the aim you’ll have:

• Orchestrate delivery of financial software solutions for international clients in banking, payments, WealthTech and insurance sectors.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Architects, Product Owners and Business Analysts.
• Manage projects involving cloud modernization, AI integration and digital transformation.

Position – how you’ll contribute:

• Build and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps spanning 3-6 months aligned with business priorities.
• Plan and manage team composition and resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Manage project budgets including cost estimation, burn rate tracking and financial forecasting.

Expectations – the experience you need:

• Minimum 3-5 years as Project Manager or Delivery Manager in a software house or IT services environment.
• Proven track record managing software development projects end-to-end, preferably in fintech.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies with practical application in complex delivery environments.
