Your day-to-day:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering managers, and other stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and process enhancements.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management in FinTech.
- Strong understanding of PDLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
