What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs spanning software development, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, and system integrations.
- Act as the connective tissue across Engineering, Product, Data, DevOps, and Business Operations to align priorities and resolve blockers.
- Design and implement project delivery processes, governance structures, and metrics for real-time visibility.
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical project or program management experience with focus on software, platform, or cloud initiatives.
- Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and design delivery processes from scratch.
- Strong grasp of SDLC, agile frameworks, and core PM disciplines with hands-on Jira and Confluence experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience delivering across multiple technical domains simultaneously (e.g., platform, data, product).
- Background in cloud migration, data analytics program delivery, or API-led integration.
- Familiarity with regulated environments and AI/ML deployment in production.
