Engage in requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and provide recommendations and solutions to clients. Lead Microsoft architecture and design new solutions, capacity planning, and technology assessments. Installation, Integration, Configuration, and Deployment of Microsoft solutions and troubleshoot and maintain Microsoft solutions including product support.

Assist customers in adopting the Workato platform for integration and automation from both business and technical perspectives. Define and drive best practices working with customer business and technical stakeholders. Extend the functionality of our product and continuously improve our engagement best practices.
