Responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain, and improve SDLC processes across a portfolio of software applications.
- Configure and manage Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and automation rules.
- Design and optimize workflows for planning, development, testing, release management, and delivery.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in engineering operations, program management, or similar.
- Strong hands-on experience administering Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent understanding of Agile, Kanban, and SDLC practices.
