Role Overview:

  • Fulfill the Release Train Engineer role within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Organize teams around a common cadence and ensure execution of program increment and sprint goals.
  • Maintain overall process governance and foster effective communication with Peraton Program Leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 8 years with BS/BA, 6 years with MS/MA, 3 years with PhD, or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Active Secret Clearance required.
  • Familiarity with Agile Tools: JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, Artifactory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum of Scrums, Product Management Sync, Sprint Reviews, and Demos.
  • Coordinate with Scrum Masters and Government Product Management for priorities and release approach.
  • Coach the Agile Release Train to continuously improve agile processes and enhance value delivery.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $112,000 - $179,000 based on experience and location.
  • Eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus.
