Agile Practice Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Agile practice: define standards, build playbooks, and ensure consistency of execution across teams.
• Hire, develop, and manage a team of Scrum Masters; set craft expectations, support career growth, and maintain a high bar.
• Lead Agile maturity assessments and translate findings into actionable improvement plans.

What You Will Bring:

• Substantial experience in Agile delivery at a senior or lead level with a track record of improving outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and developing Agile practitioners.
• Strong Jira expertise: automation, workflow design, and dashboard development.
