- Supports the development of compliant, persuasive RFX proposals by coordinating inputs, drafting and formatting content, and tracking schedules and requirements to meet deadlines.
- Maintains templates and standard materials to improve proposal efficiency and consistency.
- Assist with end-to-end proposal coordination (intake, kickoff, task tracking, reviews, and final submission preparation).
