This Customer Success Center Engineer role provides multi-faceted support to NWN Customer Success Center clients/end users in an Information Technology Service Desk capacity. The role is primarily responsible for intake of customer issues/problems through a variety of channels, including phone, e-mail and chat. This role is focused on rapid response to outages, intake, case/incident creation and first call resolution.
The Territory Account Executive generates new customer relationships through the sale of NWN Carouselβs key offerings. This role maintains and grows existing customer relationships within their territory, requiring a Sales hunter mentality. Responsibilities include servicing clients, participating in business development, following selling models and tools, researching accounts, and developing relationships with decision-makers and manufacturer representatives.
