Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within the program management office to oversee multiple stakeholders and manage complex project schedule interdependencies, ensuring successful coordination of software development and modernization initiatives.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication across a geographically distributed project team comprised of software engineers, subcontractors, subject matter experts, and client representatives.
  • Exercise semi-autonomous decision-making with project stakeholders to resolve intricate project scheduling conflicts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of experience in technical project management, software architecture, or business process improvement.
  • Must demonstrate soft skills such as relationship building, influencing others, emotional intelligence, and exemplary communication skills.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft products: Power Apps, Power BI, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of Agile practice of Scrum.
  • Experience with platforms like Digital.ai, ServiceNow, AppDynamics, Splunk, GitHub, or MicroFocus.
  • Certifications such as SAFe, ProSci, LeanSixSigma, CPBA, or LUMA Human Centered Design.
