About the Role:
- As a Managed Services Delivery Manager, you own the end-to-end delivery of managed services engagements, ensuring service commitments and SLAs are consistently met.
- You will run the operating cadence across cross-functional teams, managing releases, enhancements, and change requests while protecting stability.
