The Role:
- Drive AI solutions that automate workflows and extend the intelligence layer of Polaris IQ.
- Partner closely with Product Management, Software Engineering, and Data Engineering.
You Will:
- Design, build, and ship AI solutions for internal and client-facing use.
- Architect solutions integrating into a shared intelligence layer.
- Manage and develop 2-3 Jr. AI Strategists.
You Must Have:
- 7+ years in marketing with client service or product focus.
- 2+ years hands-on experience with production AI systems.
- Excellent communication and ability to translate technical approaches to executives.
