Key Responsibilities:
- Run discovery across the whole company, map workflows, and prioritize automations by business impact.
- Prototype working versions of agents and automations with AI tools.
- Turn prototypes into specs engineers can build from, define quality standards, and clear blockers.
Requirements:
- Professional software engineering experience with production software and security awareness.
- Experience owning a product end to end as a technical founder, founding engineer, or PM.
- Deep, hands-on AI experience with LLM-powered systems and agent frameworks.
