We’re looking for a Senior PM to join our team where you will manage our product roadmap, frame up problems, conduct research and analysis, work with designers and engineers to devise solutions and report back on what’s working. Tremendous has an async, non-meeting culture.

As the delivery project manager, you’ll be a member of our Customer Success team helping to coordinate customer onboarding and delivery across all of the teams that need to come together to make that happen, balancing the requirements of various stakeholders and pushing through ambiguity to achieve the best outcomes for our customers while working under tight timelines with capacity constraints.

The Product Management team at Monte Carlo plays a critical role in guiding our products' overall lifecycle. As a Product Manager, you will own growth work, optimize user activation and retention, and own strategy, roadmap, and execution for your team. You will partner with experienced engineers, designers, and analysts to ship product features.
