We’re seeking a collaborative, detail-obsessed, and outcome-driven Design Manager to lead our team of product and systems designers through a pivotal stage of growth. As Design Manager, you’ll report directly to the VP of Product & Design and serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for major initiatives like our information architecture overhaul and app redesign. You'll help us shift from reactive design delivery toward a more proactive, systematized, and quality-first design culture.
You’ll play a central role in keeping our leaders focused on the most important priorities—by managing their time, smoothing out communication across the company, and making sure meetings, travel, and events run without a hitch. You won’t just keep calendars—you’ll keep our leaders working on the right things at the right time.
This is a part-time Customer Success contractor role to support a scaling team. You'll support the team with high volumes of customers requests in our pooled model and provide capacity coverage for team members on periods of leave. Advise on Customer.io strategy and best practices and facilitate topic-focused onboarding calls and one-off support sessions as needed.
You’ll design and optimize automated experiences that help customers progress toward their goals quickly and independently, freeing up CSMs. You'll be the driving force behind our digital CS motion: building journeys, testing engagement strategies, and leveraging advanced automation and AI tooling. In this role, your work will directly impact our SMB and mid-market customers in early growth stages.
