Push SDKs forward by Shaping public APIs and adopting new platform capabilities. Support external developers by providing thoughtful guidance and prototyping with AI tools.

You'll collaborate across teams to build the systems and practices that support developer velocity and confidence, develop novel solutions to reduce engineering drag, and jointly develop and execute a roadmap for solving identified developer productivity challenges, building internal processes and tools that optimize the developer experience.

Identify and validate customer problems through user research, usage analytics, partner insights, and AI-powered discovery tools. Rapidly prototype and run focused experiments to test hypotheses and de-risk new ideas early in the development process. Lead cross-functional planning by aligning Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders around clear product goals and trade-offs.
