Lead complex analytical projects by defining problem statements, formulating hypotheses, and executing rigorous analysis to uncover key trends, patterns, and opportunities across various business functions. Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders and leadership. Champion a data-driven culture within the organization.
As a member of our Data AI/ML team, you'll be at the forefront of our AI & Machine Learning initiatives. This is your chance to empower our product, business and engineering teams to leverage AI on a daily basis. You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing Zapier’s machine learning & AI tooling capabilities and influencing the way we build products using these tools. Your expertise will provide invaluable technical mentorship and assistance in scaling our use of AI/ML across the company.
You’ll be teaming with some of the most well-known database experts in the industry. Your main responsibility will be helping our customers’ DBA teams when they need expert assistance by gathering relevant data and investigating issues to provide a detailed analysis of your findings. When you’re not fixing things, you’ll be authoring new blog posts, answering questions on our forum, creating new articles in our customer-facing knowledge base, and hosting webinars amongst other things.
