Your Role:

  • Define and own how Alpaca measures growth across the entire customer journey—from acquisition and activation to retention and monetization.
  • Set the technical direction and the North Star for growth.
  • Work through Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to decide what moves the needle.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the growth funnel end-to-end, analyzing acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and monetization.
  • Run the growth experimentation engine, designing A/B tests and causal/incrementality studies.
  • Model growth with retention/cohort analyses, churn and LTV models, and forecasts.
