- Full-cycle ownership (sourcing, outreach, screening, coordination, candidate experience, offer process) across GTM and BizOps functions
- Build and maintain strong pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates
- Leverage and continuously improve robust hiring processes and documentation
- Build lists of companies and contacts that fit the profile of potential buyers.
- Perform a large volume of outbound calls to assess their needs and schedule follow-up meetings.
- In parallel, craft personalized, targeted messages over email and other channels to pique their interest.
