The Project Manager in Accounting Operations will work closely with the Head of Accounting Operations to ensure that multiple ongoing projects are moving forward on time, within scope, and with high quality. You’ll be the central point of coordination for accounting-related projects, ranging from process improvements and system integrations to automation and reporting enhancements.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Invoice Audit Specialist with a background in accounting or law. In this role, you will focus on auditing software systems and UPS/FedEx invoices to identify and resolve discrepancies. Your expertise will ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of NerdWallet’s financial systems roadmap, focusing on systems integration, scalability, and cross-functional alignment. Champion a holistic portfolio approach to financial systems, creating a cohesive and integrated technology environment. Oversee the delivery of programs and integrations, ensuring priorities are met on time with measurable results.

Lead deal structuring, revenue optimization, and incentive management initiatives across all of our verticals. This role’s primary focus will be on driving revenue growth and margin optimization through integrated customer value engineering, pricing analytics, and financial modeling expertise. As a strategic business partner, you will also work with Sales leadership to design and manage commission programs spanning direct and channel sales to ensure seamless alignment between pricing strategies and sales incentives.

The position liaises with both business and technical teams to assess scope, timeline, and impacts of new requests, fulfills those requests as defined, and provides production support to help maximize the benefit of system investments. A successful candidate must have experience optimizing business processes, building system requirements, and administering business systems in Accounting, Order Fulfillment, Finance, SOX Compliance, Audit, and Financial Reporting.

The Manager of Business Transformation (Finance) plays a critical role in supporting the execution of transformation initiatives across General & Administrative (G&A) functions, including Finance, Accounting, HR, Legal, IT, and other enabling teams. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and transformation leaders to improve operational processes.
