Work hands-on with partners to onboard Aleph and roll it out across their client base using standardized templates and workflows
Lead training and support calls with partners, helping them confidently use Aleph with their clients
Troubleshoot issues raised by partners, diagnose data or configuration problems, and escalate to the appropriate teams when needed
Aleph is an AI-native platform for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), an established software category. They are backed by top VCs (Khosla Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures, YC, Picus Capital), and work with customers like Webflow, Notion, Zapier, Y Combinator and many others.
Review account charges, investigate billing discrepancies, and resolve customer disputes accurately and efficiently.
Investigate customer billing disputes and formal complaints.
Handle escalated cases from customer support.
