As a Business Analyst you will support product leaders and development teams in building a deep understanding of customer problems through data driven analysis, translating insights back to the team, organising work to be done, and contributing towards solutions that realise customer and business value. You’ll also bring knowledge of the UK tax and statutory reporting landscape to ensure we are ahead of the game with regulatory changes and emerging needs of accountants.

You will spearhead the Deal Desk Team. You will play a critical role in supporting the Sales, Customer Success, & Finance team in crafting and optimizing the quote to cash process and deal execution. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives that improve workflows, enhance business operations and support business growth.

You will report to the VP Financial Control and Enterprise Risk and will be responsible for optimising the efficiency of Finance operations and ensuring the ongoing effectiveness of controls. The role will deliver our Finance transformation objectives. The majority of your time will be allocated to mapping, re-designing and documenting processes and controls.
