Omnidian’s Operations team is seeking a short-term Capacity Planning Consultant (2–3 months) to take an existing first draft of a Residential Operations plan and elevate it into a standardized, reportable system. You will work directly with stakeholders, to understand the business workflows, map and time tasks using data from Salesforce and Sigma, and establish standardized weekly/monthly operational reporting.
