Location & Compensation:
- Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
- Full-time permanent exempt role with base pay ranges by zone: Zone A ($212K-$265K), Zone B ($200K-$250K), Zone C ($186K-$235K)
- Eligible for company-wide bonus program
Your Impact:
- Own the multi-year strategy for AI agent surfaces: Webflow AI Assistant, MCP, Agent Instructions, and underlying platform
- Drive alignment across Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM to deliver a coherent product
- Define quality bar, evals, guardrails, and metrics for non-deterministic agent experiences
Who You Are:
- 8+ years PM experience with deep AI expertise and track record owning strategy for ambiguous areas
- Hands-on experience with AI agent systems, code generation, or programmable interfaces
- Skilled at serving both developer-grade and approachable products simultaneously
