About You:
- You care about improving outcomes for patients and clinicians.
- You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions with imperfect information.
- You're data-fluent and take ownership of hard problems.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive product strategy and roadmap for keeping patients engaged in recommended testing.
- Simplify the ordering and scheduling experience for providers and patients.
- Improve provider and patient experiences across physician portal, EHR, and patient portal.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in digital product management; healthcare experience a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from idea to launch.
- Strong product and UX judgment, familiarity with AI tools, excellent communication skills.
