About the role:
- We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team, reporting to the VP of Product.
- You'll own platform experiences for clinicians delivering and documenting special education services.
- This role is perfect for someone comfortable with ambiguity and interested in shaping AI-native products.
What you will do:
- Own product definition, solution design, and implementation of Therapy Delivery, Library, Documentation, and IEP features.
- Lead continuous discovery with clinicians and school stakeholders to guide user-centered decisions.
- Define and track success metrics like indirect time reduction and clinician adoption.
What we are looking for:
- 8+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning outcomes.
- Deep fluency in discovery, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration.
- AI proficiency and ability to prototype with tools like Figma and Claude.
