You'll be responsible for leading a team of 5 Inside Sales/Business Development Representatives, driving pipeline growth through coaching, process improvement, and relationship building. The Junior Manager will play a key role in frontline execution, ensuring team success against outreach, KPIs, meeting-setting, and early pipeline development goals.

This role is a unique GM-style opportunity to build and own a state-focused commercial engine at the intersection of business, government, and education. Responsibilities include revenue growth strategy in key states, cultivating executive-level relationships with state decision-makers, and addressing regulatory or policy barriers; this role requires 50% travel.
