Role Overview:
- Lead demand planning across markets, brands, and SKUs.
- Serve as primary link between Commercial, Marketing, Supply Planning, and Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Own the rolling demand forecast and 12-month demand plan.
- Facilitate demand review meetings and communicate risks and opportunities.
- Manage new product forecasting and product exit plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP.
- Advanced Excel and ERP/BI system experience.
Additional:
- Must pass background checks and remain compliant.
- Must be 21+ and work Eastern or Central business hours.
