As a Technical Implementation Manager at Prepared, you will lead on-site and remote implementation of Prepared’s solutions for public safety agencies, including hardware setup and system integrations. You'll serve as the primary technical point of contact during customer onboarding and early adoption, working closely with project managers and client stakeholders. This role is critical to delivering a seamless, high-quality implementation.
The Operations Technician supports our operations across the United States and parts of Canada and is responsible for remote troubleshooting, site and roadside monitoring and general uptime for devices managed by the VCC, dedicated to keeping roadside network devices online and operating at peak efficiency.
