A Day in the Life:
- Act as the communications hub between clients and account teams.
- Manage multiple concurrent accounts, service lines, and deliverables via Asana.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee deliverable scope, risk, schedule, quality, and stakeholder communication.
- Evaluate new requests, assign tasks, and track progress to keep projects on time.
- Provide regular updates and escalate risks proactively to mitigate issues.
Role Requirements:
- 3+ years leading projects in a digital marketing agency environment.
- Strong Asana proficiency and PM certification (CAPM, CSM, PMP, etc.) preferred.
- Excellent communication, conflict management, and organizational skills.
