Key Responsibilities:
- Track project timelines, milestones, and task completion to ensure on-schedule delivery.
- Maintain accurate project boards using Asana and Kanban workflows, documenting statuses and next steps.
- Identify blockers and risks early, escalating issues to delivery leadership as needed.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years in project coordination, operations, or customer success.
- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
- Strong communication and organizational skills for fully remote collaboration.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly salary USD 1,800–2,500 with full-time remote work.
- 10 days paid leave, 11 paid holidays, and flexible scheduling within US Mountain Time.
