Project Manager / PMO

Role Overview:

• We are looking for a Project Manager/PMO to join an international team and oversee technology projects end-to-end.
• This role is ideal for highly organized, proactive professionals who can bring structure to complex projects and keep stakeholders aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong follow-up and accountability.
• Coordinate meetings, status updates, and action items across clients, stakeholders, and internal technical teams.
• Ensure alignment around expectations, priorities, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or similar roles within technology or software development environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1) and experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.

About the Position:

• Full-time 100% remote role with a contractor model and a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM US Eastern Time.
