Scrum Manager - Software Delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other core Scrum activities across one to three delivery teams.
• Partner with technical and product leaders to implement and continuously improve each team's Scrum framework.
• Facilitate team discussions, decision-making, conflict resolution, and clear communication.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience supporting software engineering or product delivery teams.
• Proven ability to execute core Scrum Master responsibilities independently and with minimal guidance across one or two concurrent teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace.

Location & Engagement:

• Candidates must be based in an eligible LATAM location with full working-hour coverage aligned with U.S. Central Time.
• This is a remote contract engagement requiring 40 hours per week, expected to continue through March 31, 2027.
• This is not currently a contract-to-hire opportunity.
