Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
Coach development team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure backlog is prioritized and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master within an Agile software development environment.
Certified Scrum Master certification.

Benefits:
