Job Summary:

• Sports Reference is seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes within the engineering department.
• The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
• This is an entry-level position with training provided.

Responsibilities:

• Organize project work and maintain status dashboards.
• Facilitate meetings including standups, iteration boundary, and retros.
• Report progress regularly and help create tasks.

Qualifications:

• Evidence of ability to meet the goals listed.
• History of getting things done well.
• No specific Scrum certification required.
