Senior Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate agile rites, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
• Remove impediments faced by team members and assist in identifying and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with the client's Product Owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.

Requirements:

• Advanced/fluent English proficiency and good communication skills.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with Scrum and Kanban methodologies in complex environments.
• Ability to manage roadmaps and delivery plans with high visibility to stakeholders.
