Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Agile Release Train events including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos.
- Coordinate dependencies, risks, and impediments across multiple teams to ensure predictable program delivery.
- Monitor ART performance through Agile metrics and provide transparent status reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 4+ years of Agile program execution experience with at least 2 years as Release Train Engineer or Agile Coach.
- SAFe RTE or SPC certification and strong experience with Agile lifecycle tools like Jira.
