Senior Business Process Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day project management activities, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery roadmaps.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and track performance indicators such as velocity and burndown.
• Gather and validate business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in project management or business analysis.
• Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience facilitating ceremonies.
