Senior Business Process Analyst

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day project management activities including schedule development, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support teams in removing impediments and maintaining alignment with sprint goals.
• Use Jira, Confluence, and AI tools to improve project visibility, documentation, and workflow automation.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or Agile delivery.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies, with strong analytical and process-improvement skills.
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to satisfy a BI Full 6C (T4) Public Trust requirement.
