Reviews, analyzes, evaluates, and renders risk-based processing and reporting to reduce operating losses and maintain maximum protection of the organization's assets and services. Supports the second line of defense (2nd LoD) and recommends opportunities and proposes resolutions for improved efficiency, effectiveness, and risk minimization. Manages appraisal orders, tracking status updates, and acting as a liaison between appraisers, clients, and other stakeholders.

The Asset-Based Lending Loan Operations Specialist will support the Tech Capital Asset-Based Lending (ABL) new business and loan portfolio management by coordinating required collateral support for daily advances and initial loan funding, preparing ABL specific loan reports and maintaining strong documentation management.

Manage daily banking and funds movement activities while adhering to the organization's policies and procedures. Supports and completes operational tasks related to banking, ACH, check, and wires; including processing of incoming and outgoing fund transfers, handling of exceptions, and reconciliation of accounts. Researches and resolves customer account and transaction inquiries.
