Open Positions
Assemble and summarize data to structure loss analysis and identify financial risks. Analyze past claims for recoverability and report on trends. Consult with management to guide strategic decision making and reduce costs.

Ensure the foreclosure referral checklist is completed accurately and documents are properly signed, with system notes updated. Review daily delinquency reports to qualify loans for foreclosure and assign attorneys via the referral matrix. Partner with departments to process Loss Mitigation loans timely and communicate professionally with attorneys and homeowners.

Prepare claim filings for all agencies on acquired or sold properties. Complete monthly process control audits and provide results to management. Resolve escalations from team members and assist with training for incoming and existing employees.

Order and manage property preservation on properties serviced by LoanCare clients. Monitor vacant and damaged properties to ensure vendor actions comply with agency guidelines. Coordinate eviction and Cash for Keys processes with vendors and attorneys.
