Oversee and optimize two pricing engines that power our publicly available rates on major marketplace websites. This role is critical in ensuring that our marketing pricing engines remain aligned with our core pricing strategy while maximizing competitiveness and profitability in public marketplaces. Maintain synchronization between our core pricing engine and marketing pricing engines by working closely with Capital Markets, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

You will play a key role in building and maintaining our internal, proprietary LOS platform. This position involves close collaboration with product managers, compliance, closing, and post-closing teams to design features and automation that simplify and scale our operations. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced environment where your work will directly influence the growth and success of the company.
