A dynamic, challenging and exciting role has arisen for a dedicated Customer Success Manager & Trainer to join the Janes NATO Team driving trusted advisory, maturity and expansion of the Janes & NATO intelligence environments. We are seeking a highly driven professional that will need to be comfortable enhancing and providing data-centric OSINT intelligence products and training to existing and new customers within the NATO operations, planning and intelligence domain.

The Regional Support Executive (RSE) will provide support to the Strategic Account Executives in the West region. The RSE will work alongside the Strategic Account Executives and should demonstrate superior customer relations, training, and product knowledge skills. Extensive travel within the territory and to other meetings/conferences will be required.

The Agency Onboarding Associate is responsible for successfully onboarding new agency partners and getting them started from initial onboarding and training to fully credentialed, ramped, and premium producing. This role manages all of Openly’s newly appointed agency partners during their first 90-days and ensures they are meeting or exceeding their required minimum production goals.

The Manager, Customer Success & Account Management leads the team responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across all accounts. This role combines strategic leadership, operational oversight, and customer advocacy to drive measurable outcomes such as renewals, exam completions, and account expansion. You will be accountable for the performance of the Customer Success Account Managers and for aligning fulfillment operations with organizational goals.

As a Channel Vendor Manager at FireMon, you’ll be the bridge between our company and our valued channel partners. Your mission is to build lasting, trust-based relationships that help our partners succeed and, in turn, drive growth for FireMon. You’ll recruit and enable new resellers in the mid-to-large market segment while strengthening partnerships with existing ones through collaboration, training, and ongoing support.
