Responsibilities:
- Review TRID pre-closing disclosures and validate loan data.
- Assist with clearing closing conditions.
- Track assumption documents and resolve errors.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate's Degree preferred.
- 2+ years in mortgage banking and knowledge of loan programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ICE Mortgage Technology’s MSP.
