Responsibilities:
- Review Work in Progress reports to ensure completion.
- Prepare Title Bills in a timely manner.
- Prepare Alta Statement/CD that meets Service Level Agreement.
Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years practical work experience within the real estate industry.
- Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation and closings.
- Must possess good organizational skills and communication skills.
