Responsibilities:
- Lead development and continuous improvement of health and safety programs across utility operations, including synthetic gypsum and fly ash processing.
- Manage, coach, and develop safety teams; establish protocols for material handling, storage, and processing hazards.
- Oversee incident investigations, compliance audits, and corrective action plans.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience, including 3+ years in leadership, with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene or Safety Management.
- Strong OSHA knowledge and practical experience with combustible dust, bulk materials, and confined spaces.
- Proven ability to lead teams, conduct root-cause analyses, and travel regularly across multiple sites.
