Remote Senior Safety Manager

Role Overview:

• Lead the strategic vision of safety with executive leadership and partner on company-wide policy development.
• Drive safety culture, employee engagement, and operational risk management across field and office teams.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations, plus client-specific safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive safety leadership experience, with 5+ years in senior-level roles in construction, low-voltage systems, or electronic security.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA, workers' compensation, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to partner with executives and drive accountability for safety performance.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, EHS, or related field preferred; CSP, CHST, ASP, OSHA 500/510 certifications a plus.
• Highly adaptable, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety software.
• Willing to travel across North America approximately 25% of the time.
