This remote role involves developing policies, risk assessments, training, and fostering a culture of continuous safety improvement, with about 25% national travel.

The General Manager will manage operations for assigned assets, ensuring corporate and ownership objectives are met. Accountable for protecting the value of assets to maximize financial return and benefit tenants and communities. Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive corporate security program, safeguarding physical office locations, executives, employees, and physical security intelligence capabilities, with a primary focus on the United States and Europe. Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and programs that address the unique challenges of a dynamic technology environment, including crisis management and business continuity plans.
